The Design and implementation process.

  1. Step 1: Site visit & Consultation–

The first step in any garden design assignment is a visit to the client site by a Technocare consultant/ supervisor to understand client requirement and analyse/measure the green spaces. This first visit helps us prepare a  rough draft of design for the client  and work out a preliminary budget for the site. (The site visit ofcourse does incur a very minor visit charge because we strongly believe that there is no such thing as free, unless the thing in question is without value and we put a lot of value on our work because our heart and soul goes into it.)

 

  1. Step 2: Designing the green spaces-

Post visit, we take about 5 days to a week to get the first landscape draft of the site  ready. Depending upon the site requirements we prepare either the samples of potted plant material or a coloured  3D images and a short video of the landscape plan.( see examples) We also get a tentative budget ready for the said plan or plantation scheme. Having accomplished these, we request the client visit to the Nursery to see the plans and  the suggested plants, pots etc  for their approval.

 

  1. Step 3: Finalizing the plan and budget:

Once the concept plan and construction quotation have been approved by the client, the final plans and budgets are drawn and after the receipt of a token advance from the client,  the detailed plans are submitted for the final approval following which we  commence work on the  site.

 

  1. Step 4: Handing over the site:

Once the work is completed on-site, we hand over the site to the client. But we have systems in place to ensure that client has the Technocare support to care for his new green spaces because we realize that plants are living entities and client might sometimes find himself challenged or over-whelmed at being a new plant parent. So we at Technocare are just a phone-call away to help the client if things seem to be getting out of hand.
